As the sunlight returns to the Earth, snow melts, flowers bloom, and the season of spring invites us to nurture the goals and visions alive for us this year. Spring invites renewal. The snow begins to lift, the pines open, and the valley is a place to breathe again. This retreat is designed to honor that natural rhythm, a moment to release the past season and set intention for what comes next.

GUIDED BY KATELYN MORRIS
Artist, philosopher, and healing arts practitioner, Katelyn explores the mysteries of psyche and soul through color, form, sound, movement, and ritual. Her work centers connection to nature as a pathway to inner wholeness and wellbeing.
Daily yoga sessions will feature a blend of meditation, movement, and sound healing that allow you to connect to your body, clear your energetic field, and ground into the magic of the moment.
YOGA AND SOUND
4 out of our 6 shared meals will be served in house, prepared with organic, locally sourced ingredients, and creatively crafted to nourish you from the inside out. All dietary needs and preferences will be honored with care. The remaining two meals will be at delicious local restaurants (lakeside closing lunch).

The retreat is primarily hosted at Black Bear Lodge in Lake Tahoe, with select off-site experiences immersed in nature.

After registration for the retreat, you’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us understand:
Your intentions and hopes for the retreat
Dietary needs and preferences
Comfort level with outdoor activities
Interest in optional experiences (e.g. cold plunge, add-ons)
We’ll also share gentle guidance around presence, rest, and how to get the most from your retreat experience.
